NAIL EXTREME

My esthetician used a file and buffer that had clearly been used and the towel that was placed under my hands had red polish stains.  When she started cutting my cuticles, I asked her to stop because it dries them out and they were already in good shape.  She continued cutting despite several requests to stop and she even cut so deep it hurt! Then she took the cuticle clippings and sprinkled them on my hand and said,"See it's just dead skin. Everybody has it."  She was also talking on her bluetooth the entire time.  She rushed the manicure and did not take the time to clean the edges so the polish was smeared on what was left of my cuticles. As soon as she was done, she stood up and walked away. This place is unsanitary and unfriendly.  When I returned home I noticed similarly grim experiences on Yelp.com.  I recommend you stay far, far away.
