My Floor Connection

It was just perfect!  They arrived on time, were pleasant and polite.  They installed the floor and it is just beautiful! They cleaned up as they went along and left the space looking as good or better as when they arrived.  Just perfect!  Highly recommend!!

I called My Floor Connection last minute after discovering the carpet in my new house had developed major rolls in it after a storm system had brought in humidity.  I had movers scheduled to start unloading furniture, so I needed the carpet stretched on short notice.  They came the next day, gave me an estimate and proceeded to power stretch my carpet throughout my entire upstairs.  The guys did a great job!When I came back to the house 2 hours later they informed me that they had discovered damp carpeting in one corner.  Sure enough the storm had also created a leak.  Following their suggestion they cut out my padding and I let the carpet completely air out.  The guys volunteered their own time to come back in a few days and replace the padding and kick back the carpet in place.  No additional cost.  It was great working with them and their price was on par with another estimate I had received from a vendor who couldn't come out on short notice.
