I would not recommend them. When I went and looked up in the attic, they had left the entire attic area trashed. We got an air conditioner in the summer time and in the winter time when we needed the heater, the heater wouldn't work. We called them, the guy came right out. There was a problem with the thermostat inside the house which he had to replace but he didn't have the parts so he had to drive to Tampa and he was going to come back in a couple hours. I told him about how the attic was trashed. He said if I could get some garbage he would clean it up. He came back in a couple of hours, he fixed the thermostat, he got the heater going, I gave him the trash bags and he cleaned up most of the trash and he went away. We have a solar hot water heater from a different company. The guy came to service that and called me up into the attic and showed me where the duct work for the air handler up there was not sealed and it was blowing hot air, so I was wasting a whole lot of hot air. I paid the guy from Solar Hot Water Heater a couple hundred bucks after work to come back and complete seal all the units, to fix the stuff that Millerman and Sons did poorly. He didn't do the job right in the first place, he left it trashed, it didn't work when it was supposed to, he came back and fixed it, and cleaned up the stuff because I had complained about it. In the process of going up there and doing a whole bunch of stuff he didn't happen to notice there were huge gaping holes. I would not go back to him.

"This person was correct that we did leave some paper from the back of the duct tape and some duct scraps in his attic but it was by no means trashed. As stated we did return and clean up the material that was left over. Also note we moved all his boxes out of the way in the attic and removed a attic fan at no charge to make room for the install and put them back after the install. As far as the T-stat it had a MFG problem out of our control and was replaced at no charge to the customer. He called in the morning and it was fixed that same day. As far as the duct goes if any leak was at the unit where we made a connection we would have fixed it under our one year full parts and labor warranty. He did not say where the leak was and not sure if it occurred after the install but had he given us the chance to make repair we would have repaired it at no charge. Overall, experience with Millerman was excellent. They fixed a problem that two other A/C companies could not. They were honest, professional and did good work. Would highly recommend them and would call them without hesitation the next time I have an issue with my unit.

The son did an excellent job of removing the old and replacing with the new and then thoroughly check out the system to make sure that everything was working properly. Upon his inspection was told that all should be ok, but should we have a problem feel free to call and they would take care of. MillerMan gave me the best estimate and offered the best equipment for this project. They installed the ductwork in the heat of August (spending several days in a 100+ degree attic). They really went above and beyond doing this job. They repaired the plaster around the vents (and this was an old lath and plaster ceiling) and were very clean and efficient. The unit worked wonderfully.

They are awesome! I told him the story about the ceiling but I didn't share what the first guy said and he went up into the attic and found that the ac pan was full, he drained that and unclogged the pipe from it. I told him then what the first guy said and he said I didn't need new ducts-just the pan drained. Meanwhile, while this is going on, my daughter falls against an old trunk, cracking her head. He picked her up and cleaned up the blood and calmed her down, while I was freaking out! I can't say enough about these guys.
