Great experience. Clean, conscientious, and professional company and employees.

After repeated attempts to repair leaks, I relented and agreed to pay them $300 to install a new skylight for the most damaged 2x4 skylights.  When they arrived to do the installation, the skylight did not match the other 2, already installed skylights so I turned them away.  It has never been resolved.  They will not return my phone call or respond to emails.

I had a leak in my roof and left messages on several roofing company voice mails.  Millard is the only company that responded to my message (including the company that actually put the roof on the house originally in 2005).  They came out the same day and since I was planning on going out of town they fixed the leak immediately.  The workers were professional and worked quickly so as to not delay my vacation.  I appreciate their diligence.

I gave them a call and they scheduled an appointment with me which was later changed to the holiday week. They were very prompt. They came on the day they said they would be coming and exactly on time they had agreed upon. They gave me a very reasonable quote. They thoroughly explained everything that they were going to do. While they were walking around the house they showed me everything and said they might have to do other works as well and gave me the quote for that too. We set up a date for them to come back and do the work. I did not have to be at home when they came out. They got up on the roof and did all the work. They left me a quote. I did not pay anything until I was satisfied with the job. I waited for few days until it rained to see if there was any leak in the roof. There was no leak so I paid them and they were happy with that. It was a good experience with them.

They do great work and have a quick response.

Our experience was just wonderful! We chose this company because they were the originals that had installed the roof on the house before we had bought it. They always came on time as promised and the workers were very professional, courteous and just easy to work with.
