I wish I could give this location less then an F rating. our cat went in for a burn on his foot and was treated, i have no complaints about that treatment however its the subsequent treatment after. After going into hiding we contacted them back and set up for a follow up. The day of his apt things went downhill fast, our cat couldn't move and was stuck with all legs straight. The suspected tetanus. I was lead to believe through the process that this was tetanus and that the neurologist they consulted with felt it could be meningitis but the treatment would be the same. FIP was never really fully discussed as a potential diagnosis as it was mentioned in passing. I had spoken to a friend about what was going on and the tetanus diagnosis and treatment who referred it to her vet who asked to see the paperwork as they had never seen it before in a cat. I called Meadowrun to ask about having records faxed as they had never heard of it in cats. I made it clear it was just curious eyes wanting to see everything. I was met by a receptionist who got very defensive. I shrugged off my concern about how reactive she got from simply asking for the records to be faxed. The vet that wanted to see the records called me to tell me this wasn't tetanus but FIP as the symptoms matched most cases of severe FIP. Once i saw the medical records the neuro that meadowrun consulted with felt this wasn't tetanus but also looked as though it was FIP. Meadowrun ran up charges for meds and treatment they knew were not going to cure our cat. I asked for a partial refund because they ignored a specialists call on the diagnosis and delayed him from obtaining proper treatment for the FIP (non fda drug) and kept treating him for something they were told he didn't have. when asking for the refund I was met with they didn't feel they did anything wrong so they would not issue a refund, I went as far as to quote them the area of the chart that had the neuro's opinion of the situation they consulted with. I am currently in the middle of filing a complaint with the state on this location and their handling of his treatment. By the way my cat after switching from this clinic to another and going on an 84 day treatment plan for FIP is cured and flourishing. I wouldn't recommend taking any pet here. It may be "affordable" but it's subpar treatment for your pet. I will say the vet tech we had for him there was great and informative but that's where the care really ended.

This was the first time I'd been to this vet because my pet's previous vet retired.  The facility was easy to find off of Lithia Pinecrest, clean, organized, and staffed with courteous, friendly people.  Both the vet tech and the vet worked well w/ my dog.  The prices were better than my previous vet.  I mostly appreciated the clinic giving me a choice of services - in other words - allowing me to purchase only what was absolutely necessary for my dog (vs. unnecessary tests, etc.).  Likewise, they're going to get my pet on a once a year vaccine program whereas at the previous vet, it was a twice-a-year gig (costly more $).

I’ve been coming here for so long; they know me and my animal, which is always nice. I am very comfortable with the vet and his work. They are very gentle with the dog, even when they have to take blood or fecal samples. Their prices are competitive and they always seem to be able to get me in.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They handled initial visit, gave us medicine for Loki's ear mites when we mentioned he was rolling his head on furniture and scratching ears alot and saved us from getting a shot that he had been scheduled for at another vet when it really was not necessary for our pet. We also saved money buying the same flea/worm/heartworm medicine for the next 6 months compared to what we had previously been charged at the other vet's office. Very thankful for our new vet and for Angie's list to help us check them out prior to making appointment!!

It was our first visit and we were very pleased and impressed with their service. The facility is very clean and the staff was very courteous, polite and professional. Dr Fishbach was very informative and did a great job especially when we warned him of our dogs allergic reaction to a shot she had previously at another vet. Even though it was just a visit for shots, we feel very comfortable about bringing both of our Lhasas there for anything they may need. Also, the prices are much more competetive than some of the other vets in the area and we were not sold something we did not need. I would highly recommend this Dr and the facility to anyone in need of a good Veterinarian.

The visit went well and staff fulfilled all expectations. It was the cleanest smelling vet office that I have visited, which significantly reduced the stress on my cats.

I am very happy with all of their services. They always recognize my dog when they see her.

We have been using them for 25 years. We like them. I wouldn't go any other place with my dog.

The price is different every time I take my pets over there. They have an office fee and whatever you have done. So, the price varies if I take the dogs for shots or if I go over to buy something. I don't have anything to gauge it against because I have used them for like 20 years and that's who I go to. I keep going there because of the vet himself and the office staff. You call over there and they get you right in. They are good people.

Dr. Fischbach is excellent. He does an excellent job. He follows up. He's got a computerized system where he follows up. The people in the office are very gracious. He has very good personal and the helpers are the same way. I feel like home when I go in and I'm quite comfortable leaving the dogs. His price is fair. I've gone to him for years (10 years). My pups are happy. They are happy and excited to go. He treats them well. I would continue to use him in the future.

They are very competitive price wise. The vets are very knowledgeable.
