We initially went to pick up a sheet set we purchased through Groupon. However we were looking to purchase a new mattress set and were shopping around. There was a large selection of high end mattresses to choose from so we decided to look around. The owner was frank with us told us she needed to clear out for new inventory so if were considering a purchase that day that she would make a deal with us and she did. We purchased a high end King size mattress for around $700 and she threw in the box spring and delivery. At that time that was the best deal we encountered. It's been over a year and I have no complaints about our mattress set. It's perfect.

Went to their business and purchased items. They were delivered the next day as promised. Delivery was professionally done. My mistake was that I had not shopped in detail prior to going to this store.
Description of Work: Bought sheets and mattresses and box springs. Sheets seem adequate. Mattresses and box spring inferior for the price. They make a loud spring noise when you sit on the mattress. There is also a triangular sewn on fabric on the corner, which makes it seem as if it is a store demonstration model they deliverd to me. In comparison to Serta at Sam's club these are inferior with very similar price. They seem to have a nonreturnable policy. Would not buy from them again. Only acceptable solution would be for them, to pick up their inferior product and give me a full refund! Dan

Customer purchased two (2) Sealy Posturpedic Twin mattress sets, NOT Serta as his complaint reports. Serta has many lower end mattresses which is what he was using as a price comparison. The mattress sets he purchased were on sale at Macy’s for over $600 for each set the day he purchased from us. This was explained to him at time of purchase, therefore ensuring he knew he was getting an impeccable deal (customer paid $279 a set). Customer’s complaint is that the mattress “squeaks.” He bought a coil mattress; this is a common trend with coil mattresses. He also did not purchase a new bed frame from us. The “squeaky” noise he is hearing is most likely due to the customer using an old bed frame. As for the “pocket” on the mattress the customer is referring to; this is the style of the mattress. We told the customer he can bring back in the sheet set he purchased and we would be more than happy to switch it out for a new set. If the elastic broke on the fitted sheet, then it’s clearly a defect in the sheet manufacturing. Therefore, as with ALL of our products, if there is a manufacture's defect we will gladly exchange it out for our customers. Solution: Being that we are a closeout company, we have a no return policy unless it is due to a manufacture's defect. This is a standard policy within the industry. This is also posted in two (2) different areas in our sales office. We are the only closeout company in the Tampa Bay area that offers a 30 day warranty to cover any type of manufacturer’s defects. Due to the fact that the customer does not have a defective product we cannot allow him to return it. However as for the sheet sets, we will gladly exchange the opened/defective set for him and will allow, as a courtesy, for a refund of the second set if it is still in its original packaging.

We had been shopping around for a good and inexpensive Queen set, checking the major stores & sales. My husband & I both have health conditions. We Love our new Latex mattress which was recommended by Beth Noetzel, the store owner- this new mattress gives us the support & ultra comfort the high end mattresses afford without the high pricetag. Beth was extremely good at understanding our needs. We appreciate Beth, Larry & Chuck for the great service & outstanding products.
Description of Work: Mattress Warehouse of Tampa Bay has a great assortment of mattresses, all new at Super great prices- wholesale to the public. The Manager Larry Fussell was very knowledgeable and helpful while we checked out every bed. We loved the Euro-plush and in the end got a Natural Organic Latex Queen size with matching box. It was delivered the same day by Chuck who helped us put it in place & removed the old set.
