Description of Work: Service in store was great. Manager helped me and had great advice, very easy to work with and professional. Would definitely buy from store again. With that being said, delivery was not good. Delivery guys left large marks on my wall, were careless and almost broke my other furniture during setup. I would try to find an alternative delivery method in the future.

Description of Work: we purchased a new Mattress for our Master Bedroom, the first one we picked out we did not like after we slept on it for a couple of days. We called Mattress Firm and they immediately came and picked it up. We then purchased a more expensive Mattress and they delivered it promptly. We are happy with our purchase, in fact jut this past week we took our Daughter there to look at Mattresses.
