I've never run faster to the computer to complete a review like I did this morning. A few weeks ago, I noticed my main garage door seemed to be a little sluggish when it was opened or closed. Several friends and neighbors suggested calling Master Garage Door because they all had excellent experiences with their team. When I called the office, the receptionist was very nice and able to find an appointment despite my chaotic schedule. This morning, I received a call to let me know the team would be able to arrive a little earlier than my appointment. Joshua was amazing! He noticed the problem right away and explained how it could've possibly happened, as well as ways to prevent it from reoccurring. I mentioned that my second garage door was not responding to a remote and in a matter of seconds, he was able to provide me with a new remote. Joshua also quickly programmed the buttons in my car to open that door. I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and respect that Joshua showed during my appointment. At our previous home, we had a terrible experience with another garage door company that used multiple scare tactics to oversell me on repairs. Master Garage Door is unlike any other company I've hired and will be the ONLY one I call and refer family/friends/strangers to when their garage needs some attention. Steve came out for an estimate right away. A few days later I called with some follow up questions and he promptly got back to me, took his time and answered all my question. They were never pushy like other big companies. Install appointment was quickly scheduled once I was ready and they came out 2 days after I called. Steve and his guys were actually early for the appointment, very professional and friendly. Work was performed within a couple of hours, they did a GREAT job cleaning up and even came back about an hour later because of one very small issue. I would recommend them 100%!!! Thanks guys!

A young man named Joshua arrived and was very nice. I have used this company in the past but it was always the owner, Steve. Joshua is very competent and he helped us old folk with our problem. I have used this company since I moved into this house and will continue to use them. They are honest and fair. Can't ask for much more!

The installer was Joshua Jones and he was very friendly and easy to talk to.  He did a great job.  They were in the same range as everybody else on pricing.  They weren't the lowest company, but they weren't the highest either.  The price could've been a little cheaper. 

I needed service fast and Joshua came out right away! He was extremely knowledgeable, taught us a few things, did some extra work too. This is our go to repair and replacement company.

We had a broken tension spring at 8 pm and it was fixed by 9 am the next day. Great service, fast and great price! Highly recommend.

Needed garage door adjusted after impact from vehicle. Steven arrived within the hour and adjusted the door and lubricated all hinges and chain. Very honest and reasonable, prompt and courteous. Would definitely use in the future and recommend.

Master Garage Door Co. did a great job for us.  Steve and his partner arrived on time and installed a new garage door opener and keypad for our large garage door.  They also took the time to inspect both of our garage doors and explain how to lubricate and maintain all of the parts. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and we will definitely call them again when we need help with our garage doors!

Everything went great Steven showed up on time was very professional did a great job, will use Master Garage Door Co. Again. I will definitely refer him to the neighbors and friends.

I called late Friday afternoon so I didn't expect to hear from anyone until Monday.  Steve Manning called me at 7:30 am and was at my house by 9 am. The torsion spring had snapped on my garage door. Steve and Josh (his assistant) replaced it in 30 minutes.  I am extremely happy with the service provide and would recommend them to anyone. 

Showed up promptly within the time frame window and called right before arriving. Went right to work and had both new springs installed and in working order within 30 minutes.  Fast service and fair prices.  Professional all the way.
