Dry Cleaning Service
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS BUSINESS OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT KEEPING BUSINESS AND PLEASING CUSTOMERS. THERE IS NO REASON THEY COULDN'T HONOR THIS COUPON, ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAS SPENDING A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.

WE CONSIDER THIS TO BE PRETTY CLEAR AND THE REASON NOT TO ACCEPT COUPONS AT THE TIME OF DROP-OFF IS THAT OUR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW IT. THAT IS WHY WE ONLY TAKE COUPONS AT THE TIME OF DROP-OFF, LIKE MOST OF OTHER DRY CLEANING PLACES. REGARDS, GENERAL MANAGER"
