Larry Bartow was very pleasant and personable but it became clear that we were getting a lot of lip service and no action. We do not feel that Mr. Bartow was working for us. Our house eventually sold but only after we decided to terminate our agreement with Keller Williams. We were very disappointed and would never recommend KW for house sellers.

Our office is made up of over 180 agents, and one of the benefits of working with a Keller Williams agent is that we provide a non compete broker. I am the broker, Lisa Spencer, and I would have intervened in the above mentioned transaction, if you had contacted me. Keller Williams sells more property in Hilllsborough County than any other real estate brand. Our Brandon office closed 1111 transactions last year, and we would have loved to have the opportunity to make things right for you too. We would recommend them because they worked very hard for us. They went the extra mile and helped me get the tenant too. Their prices were standard. Our overall experience with them has been good.
