I called on a Saturday, Kieland Smith came right out, no hesitation. It suprised me how quickly he diagnosed the problem. He said the part will need to be ordered/picked up, and he will be able to fix it right away. It took Kieland only one hour to remove the old and install the new. You can't ask for a better company. Professional, polite, and efficient. Thank you Kieland and Johns Air. Sincerely, loyal customer.

Repaired ac is still going strong more than a year later. Didn't try to automatically get me to buy a new system.

John's Air replaced my unit years ago and I could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism. When ever I have needed a technician, the response and services swift and nothing short of stellar. Make John's Air your first call for an AC needs!

Called the answering service. A man called me right back at around 5PM. He said call me around 8PM and he would have someone come out at around 8PM when they were on their way. No one called me. When I called the number back the man called me from at 8:30PM, he didn't answer the phone. I called the answering service again to have him call me about what they were going to do. No one ever called me back. Thanks a lot, John's Air Conditioning & Heating Services LLC. You lied to me about coming out to to fix my AC. It's 90 degrees in my house and you prevented me from calling another AC company because I was waiting for you. You are very bad people.

The service pro, Keiland Smith, who came out first to look at our old air conditioner was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave us alternatives to fit within our budget. We chose to get a new a/c installed. The installers came out the next day at the agreed time; were efficient; professional; went above and beyond to make sure our installation was complete (doing a couple of extra things that we didn't expect but were part of their regular service and we're glad they did). A/C works fine; did from first time they cut it on. We had to call back to get a corrected invoice and again the company's representative on the phone was efficient and got right back to us. We highly recommend this company to anyone.

Luis arrived right on time.  When he finished our air conditioner was working perfectly.  For three days we could not get the house any cooler than 81 degrees at night.  Within 30 minutes after he completed his work the air blowing into the house was cold.  Today, even in the hot sun it is keeping the house at the low temperature I require. Luis was very professional.  He patiently answered all of the questions I asked.

Luis arrived within two hours of our call.   He was very professional and patiently answered every question we asked.  He also took the time to show us how to properly clean the filters with a hose.We feel that we got more than our money's worth as the house is now nice and cool.  We'll call John's air conditioning and heating the next time we have a problem.

Had prior business dealings with John when he replaced old a/c at another house.  Called John's to replace a/c that was with this house when I purchased it. Old unit was hideous, it ran through and took up all the floor space of two bedrooms closets going through an exterior wall.  John's removed and disposed of old unit and installed new unit.  The house is very small with an almost flat roof and no attic space.  This was no easy install but they got it done with few hiccups.  I would highly recommend John's a/c to family and friends and I would use them again.

Everything went fine, and I was satisfied.

On September 18th our air stopped working- We called another AC company that came out and told us that the blower motor was blown and wanted us to finance a new unit at a very high interest rate. The next day we called John's and he was at our home in less then an hour. He confirmed that the motor was bad - He quickly determined that the unit that we had was to small for our 2000 sq foot home and gave us several options to get our AC working once again. We decided to go with a new 5 ton unit and John was quick to get one of his employees to come out that day with a part for our old unit to get it working temporarily so that we had air over the weekend since we have small children. On the 23rd John's employees were here on time and got right to work replacing all of the air ducts, putting in a 2nd air return, and installing our new unit. John even came out to ensure that the work was done correctly, quickly, and that every thing was cleaned up and working before his crew left. John and all of his employees were very professional. We would defiantly hire John again if we ever have a problem with our AC again and would recommend them to anyone that is having AC problems.

Upon arriving home at 9:30 on a Friday night, the inside temp was over 80 degrees and the AC was only blowing warm air. I was sure I would not be able to find someone to come out on a weekend at a resonable rate, much less a Friday night. Kenny from John's air was there in 30 minutes, identified the problem, replaced the part, check the rest of the unit and was on his way. The job was done fantastically, very professional. I couldn't have been more pleased.

A-1 outfit, professional, quick. I was impressed by their work ethic. That only happens on occasion these days you know.

My A/C went out and I had another company come to fix it. Well, they didn't. I called John. He came out, did whatever A/C guys do and fixed my air. (Thank goodness because it was hot.) He said I needed a new thermostat but he would have to get the type I needed and come back. When he came back to replace the thermostat, I mentioned my freeze was acting weird. Before he left, he pulled out my freezer and within five minutes had that working too!
