Prompt, courteous, took time explaining the process and the best practices for using a natural gas grill. His attention to safety and willingness to answer my questions made me feel Installation Innovation was an excellent choice! I would certainly call him again.

Did an excellent job. Were all very professional. Showed up on time and performed work as promised, were clean and neat. Very knowledgeable about the appliances and all their bells and whistles. Took care of warranty paperwork. Was worth the money to get installation done right.
