Because we were not yet living there, we provided Shaunessy with a key so she, And her carpenter could come and go at will. We just let her know when we would be coming down and she made sure there were things in place even if the entire house was not quite finished We never had an issue.
Description of Work: Decorated entire house iincluding lanai. took care of carpenter, electrician etc. we purchased home in Sept 2013 and Shaunessy seemed to just "get it". She zeroed right in on what we were looking for and surpassed our expectations. We had the option of returning. Whatever we were not happy with. There were very few returns. She had ideas, Frankly I never would have thought of. We love,love,love what she did.
