It went great. Mr. Junebug the Handyman is wonderful.

Three out of four appliances were damaged.  Our $3,000.00 fridge and $3,500 induction stove were ruined in the move because the guy had no idea of how to use the hand truck that he brought to the house. He installed the vent over the stove, but the fan was broken after the install.  Our custom drape was torn and because of where the tear was, the whole thing had to be replaced, $1,350.00.  They claim to have insurance....they DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE.
After the move the more days that went by, the more damage we discovered.  Lashunda (the wife/owner) told my husband that he was just trying to get money from them.  My husband said that he would be happy to just make a claim, bring in an insurance adjuster and see what they say.  Whenever insurance was mentioned, they became very quite. Because, they HAVE NO INSURANCE!!!
I was going to file a small claims case.  I began the paperwork only to find that in Small Claims Court the Judge may award you the case, but then YOU are responsible for collecting the money.  Well, if I could collect the money, I would not be there in the first place.
Turns out that the owner has been arrested for fraud in Hillsborough County. It amazes me that people like this are able to have businesses.  Buyer beware! These people are complete FRAUDS.
  BTW, I asked the Property Management company for their insurance information.  They lied to them about having insurance.  When it came time to produce it; they emailed the company that it was coming through.  In the meantime an account was set up so that they would be paid and they just slipped through the cracks and never sent the information.
