THEY PUT DOWN MULCH INSTEAD OF PUTTING DOWN FERTILIZER. SAID HE WAS GOING TO PUT DOWN 5 FLOWERS AND INSTEAD HE PUT DOWN 3. WHEN I CALLED HIM TO COME BACK AND FIX IT HE SAID HE WILL COME BACK TOMORROW AND HE DIDN'T. HE DIDN'T COME BACK FOR A WEEK. FOR WHAT THEY DID I COULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF.
