HEALTHY HOME PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING

The technician is friendly. He is local and trustworthy. He is responsible and pays attention to his work. He was diligent in his work and managed to get some tough stains out.

I felt that Douglas did an especially thorough job on all of it. He was here longer than I expected, but that made me feel he was doing a complete job.

They did a great job, but I would get more quotes from other service providers before I would use them again. We had to change the time (hour window) which they did accommodate, but I didn't receive a 20 minute courtesy phone call.

SERVICE CLEANED 4 ROOMS TOTAL IN MAY 2005. I HAD RECENTLY MOVED OUT OF THE HOUSE, AND, UNFORTUNATELY THE MOVERS WERE NOT THOROUGH IN CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES. DOUG REMOVED ALL DEBRIS FROM THE ROOMS AND CLEANED THOROUGHLY. I'M HAVING THEM CLEAN MY HOUSE AGAIN 10.29.05 AFTER THE RENTERS MOVE OUT. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY, AND OBVIOUSLY USING THEM AGAIN. SERVICE AND AVAILABILITY CANNOT BE MATCHED. I THOUGHT THE PROTECTION WAS A BIT HIGH, BUT THEY WENT OVER AND ABOVE IN THEIR COURTESY AND SERVICE.

I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY DID DRY CARPET CLEANING, BUT THEY ONLY DO THE WET CLEANING. THAT ISN'T THE SERVICE I NEED. HOWEVER, HE WAS INCREDIBLY CHEERFUL AND HELPFUL OVER THE PHONE, AND RECOMMENDED SOMEONE ELSE TO ME.

DOUG WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THE CARPET LOOK PERFECT.
