He stuck with us for months, even though we were super picky and anxious to find the right place. He has become like family to us and we recommend him to everyone. Gene went over and beyond to find my Family the perfect house. We had a time frame as to when we wanted to look, place offer and close by. Gene made all of this happen. Of course there were bumps in the road that made the process not a smooth as we all would have liked. However this did not stop Gene from searching day in and day out emailing us listings all that fell under what we wanted. Monday through Sunday Gene met with us even if it was for 1 property. I renovated a house in Brandon, Florida and when I was ready to sell, I called Gene Faircloth to list the property for sale. Gene showed me comps of other properties in the area and we determined a market price. He is very knowledgeable of the Tampa Bay area and market conditions. Gene took professional pictures of the house and did some light staging of the kitchen and bathrooms. He listed the house for sale and it sold within a week of listing.
