Absolutely LOVED the service and well worth the cost! In the past, I have listed properties for rent on sites like Zillow.com by myself, but not being a real estate agent, didn't have access to the MLS. EZ Choice Realty listed my rental on the MLS and the leads started pouring in. Honestly, I couldn't even keep up with them all! The staff support is OUTSTANDING!! Angela Weir assisted me the most and was always helpful, timely, responsive, courteous, and gave me answers to everything I didn't know! Will without a doubt use this service again!!

Their service and responsiveness was exemplary. They posted my property and photos exactly how I wanted, and made (unlimited) changes promptly when submitted. They answered any questions via phone or email promptly. If you want to sell a property yourself, I highly recommend EZ Choice, as they exceeded my expectations 10 fold. If you need help or other services in the selling process, they also offer ancillary services (ie help with showing appointments, writing contracts and addendums, market analysis etc); I did not use these but it was nice to have the option. They also set up their system so any leads generated come directly to you...you do not have lag time. If the realtor views showing instructions using the showings.com tool, you are notified (so you have a lead) and realtors can also use the tool to provide direct feedback (although many don't - It's a great service and value to have, though. Other realtors I contacted wanted five times the amount to do a flat fee listing, and I am certain that their responsiveness and lead communication would have paled in comparison. If you want to sell your property yourself, are willing and able to do the work, and just need a vessel to get your listijg onto the mls and other syndicated sites, this service is for you.

Tim and Shawna are excellent property managers and even though I haven't used their real estate agent services, they offer very competitive rates at excellent services. I have my house being managed by them for over 4 years now and since then I have not returned to Tampa, because I completely trust them. I was thinking about buying another investment property some time ago and there is no one else I would go with other then EZ Choice Realty to buy and manage the property. I recommend them with my eyes closed!

All listing work was done on their site and we did not have to travel to their office.

But I think they deserve the best and I will recommend them to my friends.

From the first day I filled out the on-line listing form, until I cancelled the listing today, the staff at EZ Choice were very professional, very helpful, and very fast to respond to emails or phone messages. I will certainly use their services next time I have a need, and I will recommend them to anybody who needs any sort of real-estate service, particularly listing on the MLS.

Overall things went as expected.  I have a property that we are trying to sell 'by owner' and they were able to list it on the MLS, Realtor.com, all social media sites, etc.  They have been very prompt about making wording changes and price reduction request, within 24 hours of my request.  I also ordered a lockbox to assist realtors with showing the house, when I was not available.  This has seemed to work out well, and have had no issues with realtors knowing what the box is and using it - as they explained.
