+ 1 moreI had to to have an attorney threaten them with legal action in order to get the job completed. Even so, some items were left incomplete (eave splashdowns), but after almost a year I decided to cut my losses. After 3 months with nothing being done, I began calling them to have someone, anyone, come out to work on my project. Approximately 7 times I called to have the work completed, an appointment time was made, and then no one showed up. (I have full records.) Some people have told me they had fine service from this company. For me, that definitely was not the case until I threatened legal action.
Description of Work: Spa-size unheated salt-system pool, decking, screen enclosure, driveway pavers, border edging, eave splashdowns
