BUG MAN PEST CONTROL

My husband and I have used Rusty for the last 15 years to address a variety of problems (bees, ants, moths, roaches, etc.) and he or one of his employees has also a faultless job in every situation. Invariably, he is easy to contact, and comes quickly. He does a thorough job with friendliness and professionalism. We have recommended him to others who have also been completely satisfied by his work. He has been informative in the ways to keep pets protected during and after a pest control process. We very highly recommend!!

Service provider was early for appointment. Inspection services were professionally executed. No suggestions were necessary for treatment options at the time of service. He collaborated with the engineering inspection to perform services within our time constraints and provided the necessary reports to enable us to continue with the purchase.

My wife and I moved to Florida from Maryland and we were warned about the possible bug issues. We were recommended to Bug Man Pest control and feel blessed to have met Rusty. He's extremely professional and educated us on the various bugs we had seen and what we can do to minimize them within our home. Rusty let us know if a problem should arise between treatments, we can call him and he will come out to address the issue.
I gave Bug Man Pest Control a rating of and quot;Goodand quot; for responsiveness. This was done to keep anyone considering using this company from having excessively high expectations in this area. I'm in no way disappointed in his response time. I want to be sure everyone understands while Rusty is the owner, he is also one of folks that perform the work so he's not always able to answer his phone. If you don't get through to him, leave a message and he will call you back. I promise!

Rusty and Steve have been spraying the house for bugs for us since 2005. They are very professional and accommodating of our schedules, and very careful with spraying as we have three cats. I would highly recommend their services.

I just bought a condo, and Rusty discovered termite damage as part of the initial inspection. After closing, I called Rusty again to make sure the renovations I'm in the process of making resolved any issues related to the earlier termite problem. He provided me a 'clean bill of health' and I'm definitely going to be using him in the future for periodic maintenance. He is very polite, professional, and does a thorough job.

I was not there when the service was performed but saw the results. He did a fine job and I am completely satisfied.

He did a termite inspection before I purchased my home. I then wanted a termit treatment for my new home and
called Bug Man. He came promptly and service was performed. I am does some remodeling on the home and he
sugested that when construction starts would be the best time to spray.

I spoke with Sheila on Wednesday morning and asked her if they could take care of bees because my regular pest control company wouldn't touch them. She was at my house that afternoon and was able to locate the hive of subterranean yellow jackets that had been terrorizing people and pets on my property for weeks. They had even invaded my house getting through the electrical panel box! Sheila was very detailed in explaining how they needed to be treated, and that it would take several attempts to completely eradicate the colony. They came back the next morning to begin the treatments. Sheila is a great person, my dog even went to her immediately and that NEVER happens - the dog won't go to anyone until she's known them for a long time.
