They got the problem fixed, had to change the wall mount thing and rewire something. They also updated our modem.

The technician called to notify me he was running late, when he arrived I explained what the difficulty had been. He listened attentively, then did a thorough examination to determine the source of the trouble. The remote control was found to be the culprit.  I was given more than one option for a replacement, the tech introduced me to one that was more user friendly. He also suggested further tips and suggestions that were appreciated.
In my opinion that Bright House provides very good customer service, nothing is perfect when it comes to technology but they certainly aim to please and never charge a fee to correct problems.
Most current date of service was in May, not exactly positive of day.

I have no complaints on the internet. I have HBO online. Their customer service is probably not going to be best. We've had to call in certain issues and I wouldn't say the customer service angle has been great. The cable had a couple of problems. We had to get a new box, the cable freeze up fairly frequently, maybe once or twice a week. We don't have DVR's with them. In my opinion they are a little overpriced and I don't feel like I get my money's worth for what I'm getting, but there's only like two cable providers that we can get in the area and the other one I hear is worse. I will continue to use them, but grudgingly.

I recently upgraded my service.  I pay $180 for all the services.  I use to pay $70 for the internet service only.  The internet service is fast and no bumped on 60 Mbps.  The equipment I have works well with it.  I have all the services with the phone.  I don't get most of the TV channels, but I get most of the premium channels.  I have 4 cable boxes for 4 TVs.  I have two DVRs and two players.  Both the DVRs are placed in my living room and my mother's den.  I like the DVR's.  As a matter of fact, the main DVR doesn't work that well and I will be returning it back.  It is just one, but other works fine.  Their price is comparable with other service provider.  They are pretty quick.

Explained how the new cable box worked. They gave me a guide book, and went through the whole guide book with me to make sure I understood everything. Always on time, and professional, and they always call first before showing.

I've been with Brighthouse for 8 years.  Up until this year I was satisified except for the fact that their prices kept creeping up....The technicians are very friendly.  I recently had my 5th replacement box since January.  Each time I had a problem I asked for a new box, not a refurbished one, so I wouldn't continue to have problems.  The technician told me that they aren't given new boxes.  If I want one I should go to the store on SR 64.  So I disconnected the box and went to the store.  The clerk told me they do not give out new boxes... they are too expensive!  They send all boxes to the warehouse where they are completely redone.  I told them that in light of the fact that this is the 5th box in 9 months they should understand that their system isn't working.  She gave me a "newer" refurbished box.  Well it's been 4 weeks and the "newer" box lost all of my recordings and the background is all black!  I'm looking into satellite tv...

They have been good.  They come and they don’t charge to come back to the house.  They are the big cable service around here.  They are really very good.  As for punctuality they give a two hour window and they are here, they are not late.

They are available if you have a problem. I would give them an F for responsiveness. It takes 20 to 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. There is always a high-call volume; they should have more people to answer the phones. I would use this provider again.

I have been pretty satisfied with Bright House.  They are responsive to my concerns.  They actually work with you, whether it is a bill, or a channel problem.  You can talk to someone, when you call.  I will absolutely continue their services.

We are pretty pleased with them.  The price is not real good.  We have had them come out to our house and they have come out very quickly.  We have had no problems and they always take care of everything.  We trust them so well that we would never want our internet or TV with anyone else.  There are other providers who are cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

The men that showed up were excellent they did not charge me for any connector pieces. I have had no problems with the work. I have used the company for about six years and they are just great.

They were supposed to show up between 11-2pm but they didn't show up until *pm, and this was on a Sunday!!! We called several times throughout the day and were always given the run around about what time they would be here. I didn't hear from them until 5pm that day. As soon as they got here both of the installers immediately needed to use the bathroom. Plus, I live in an apartment complex so they are drilling into the walls at nine o'clock at night and bothering my neighbors. In the process of the installation they damaged my dvd/vcr combo that was basically brand new. They gave me a faulty remote that did not work properly even after we asked them several times to program it. He played with the remote and said it was set up but as soon as he left none of the buttons worked! Then a few minutes after that the cable went out completely. We had cable for roughly 2 minutes!!! They are very unprofessional and treated us like we were a bother to them. I would never recommend them to anyone!
