Called them from home in MA and spoke to Robert. I explained that she needed it for email, photos and web surfing, not computing. He gave me several options for computers. I chose one that was upgraded and re-certified which he offered as a more affordable option than new. It came with a new 17" LCD monitor and a 90 day trial of Windows Office. He agreed to deliver the machine and set it up during a week when I would be visiting her. This was all set-up about a week before my visit. I called Robert when I arrived on 4/18, he said the machine was ready to go and we agreed on the afternoon of the 20th. He arrived on time, brought all the gear in and took all the packaging when he left. He took plenty of time setting mouse speed, screen resolution, etc. to my mother's liking. I had gotten her a DSL account and he worked with Verizon resetting the password, etc. until it was working smoothly. He left his card with his cell number with her. She was comfortable with him and asked him many questions which he answered. The machine has worked well for her which is a relief as she is not technically savvy.
