It would have been easier if they had somebody that spoke more English. They were professional, even though they didn't speak pretty good English. They were awesome. They were expensive, but not crazy. It was worth it. It was a lot of flooring and a lot of work to pull up and tile to pull up as well. So that gets pricey. They charge per square foot for the demolition.

We ordered our floors from the Brandon location on 10/5, from their sales rep (Joe Kadrie) he explained the floors would take 3-4 days to arrive at their warehouse. Someone would call us to let us know the floors arrived, and we could go to the warehouse to pick them up anytime, and the warehouse would load our floors onto our vehicle.
Mr. Kadrie first stated the warehouse was close to our home, that was incorrect it was about an hour drive. No one every called us, after 6 days we called Mr. Kadrie three times on 10/12, he finally called us back saying our order was in and just go to the warehouse location on Hillsborough Ave to pick up the floors.
We arrived at the warehouse location on 10/18 @ 4pm, showed the employee our order form. He became aggravated walking away from us, saying we had to load the floors because his guy that runs the forklift leaves at noon on Saturday, and only works till 3pm Monday-Friday. The employee then gets on the phone, apparently calling the Brandon store asking for the status of our order. Mr. Kadrie indicated we haven't paid for our floors yet, which was not true at all. Once we had the payment confusion cleared up. The employee showed us where our floors were in the back of the warehouse. The floors were 8ft. high from the ground on a shelf, and the employee indicated again you will have to load them. My husband becomes very upset, indicating my wife is 8 months pregnant, and we were never told about special hours to come to pick up the floors. The employee was like I can't run the forklift when I am alone at the store. He told us to call on Monday ask for the warehouse manager (William) to see if they could get Mr. Kadrie to pay for the delivery, since he is known for mistakes like this.
I call first thing on Monday (10/20) ask for the warehouse manager. I am placed on hold for over 6 minutes no one every comes to the phone. While I am on hold, the warehouse manager leaves me a message on my cell phone stating someone called me from this number just returning the call. I call again and William answers the phone. I explained to him what happened, that we are trying to get our floors installed before our baby is born, and this just pushed us back 2 weeks. He basically just restated the forklift guy hours. I explained to him those hours are not convenient for people that work during the week. He then stated well I will be here till 8pm today, and can load the floors for you. I explained to him that his employee indicated having Mr. Kadrie pay for the cost of delivery. William indicated he has no control of that situation.
I am very disappointed how things were handled by both locations. We still have over $1000 of glue and transitions to buy, and at this point I don't know if they will be getting our business. We are renovating a home we bought, trying to finish up the three rooms we bought wooden floors for before we can move in. Now, it does not look like we will be in the home before our baby is born. Thanks Bobs Carpet Mart for such poor service, stay away from this retailer. They obviously don't care about their customers.

First : They were disassembling our bed and broke it.  then they rolled out the carpet out on the driveway and measured it out and cut it and I noticed from inside the house that it had 3 large holes in the carpet, which looked like a forklift went through it.  They brought it in and was putting it down and I told them it was damaged and I didn't want it. They finally did but it took another week of living in a mess before they could get us another shipment.  I had to do all the calling and they never had an answer for me when I got the salesman, Roger.  We will never do business with them again because he had such a bad attitude.

The installers were very good, and worked efficiently.  The carpet looks great, and we're very pleased with the results.

I was in the process of remodeling a foreclosure to be our new home.  I had spoken with various capret installers, and had only planned for (2) to come to my home for an actual estimates.  Roger Chapin came to my home, and despite the chaos in the home, he measured, then sat with me on my ktichen floor to go thru samples.  He was very knowledgable about every carpet, and was very patient when I carried samples from room to room.  I guess I was lucky enough to catch the end of a Labor Day sale, because I got incredible, super nice, stainmaster carpet at an unbelievable price.  My home measures to 1532 square feet, and the kitchen and bathrooms are tile - and my carpet with upgraded padding only came to 4200$!!  I was thrilled.  The installers came on the scheduled date at the scheduled time, and had me check to make sure it was the right carpet before they even unloaded.  They moved fast, efficiently, did not take a lot of breaks at all, and did a beautiful job installing the carpet.  They cleaned up, and even vacuumed my new carpet before they left.  Bobs Carpet of Brandon was a class act - start to finish.

Everything went very well, & the price is right! They were a little late arriving at my home for the installation, but it
really wasn?t much of an inconvenience. The installers were very nice. The carpeting was a top quality brand that I had priced all over the county & this was the best price for this quality. They even upgraded the padding! I couldn't have afforded this carpeting from anyone else, so if they come a little late well I can deal with that.

They were excellent.  They came out and did all the measurements right on schedule.  They came again to do the installation, again on schedule.  They did a great job, and everything was very efficient.  They hauled off all the old carpet, moved the furniture themselves.  Two guys came and worked and worked, getting the whole job done as fast as possible.  They offered every price point, but our cost for the value of the carpet was wonderful.

Absolutely the worst service in my life. The day before the installation they informed us that the wrong amount came in. I told them to do what they could. They asked we remove electronics and delicates...they would move the furniture. I had 2 men hear to do "our part". They got here at 900am, Bobs guys got here after 10am. They did not move ONE single piece of furniture, left by 330pm with my house in shambles, left razor blades and piece of tracking with nails every where, carpet padding pieces etc! They didn't have enough for the hallway AND the second roll of carpet didn't match the first dye lot!!!! My living room has two noticeable color differences...which they said they would replace. I've called twice, emailed etc....no follow up on WHEN the rest of the carpet will be here! None. Oh, did I mention they carpeted OVER and electrical outlet? Wonder when and if my house will ever be the same...

One week later...numerous phone calls and emails unanswered. Finally a manager called and said they were ON IT and would hopefully have my house done by end of this week. No follow up calls. My insurance guy called AGAIN- and they said that the carpet will be in NEXT Tuesday! Maybe, just MAYBE my house will be completed by late next week.

Bob's Carpet Mart...2 weeks to finish installing carpet in 3 bedrooms, one hallway and a living room...maybe.
