Bloomingdale Florist did a fantastic job with the birthday arrangement I requested. Delivery was made at the proper time, and I could not have been happier with their service.

Fine. Very nice flowers were delivered.

When they were delivered they didn't look like they were supposed to. When I called them they were very apologetic and replaced it with a new bouquet that looked just like the picture if not better.

They acted in a very professional way. The service at the store was both kind and caring. The arraingement was just what I ordered and well worth the total cost in both flowers and delivery. I will use them for any other floral needs.

We have used Bloomingdale Florist many times over the years, usually to buy roses on special occasions. Their roses are the prettiest we have ever purchased. The arrangements are beautiful and the quality is exceptional. The roses are fragrant, lovely, and consistently last about a week if watered properly. Stems are thick and blossoms open fully and do not "droop". We have also purchased other types of flower arrangements there and have been equally pleased. The appearance of arrangements is far superior to any we have ever seen. The store and delivery staff are always courteous and efficient. They deliver when promised. We have purchased flowers elsewhere in the past with mixed results. Flowers purchased at any florist are never inexpensive, but Bloomingdale's prices are competitive and their quality will not disappoint. We would never hesitate to hire this company for the most special of occasions, including our daughter's wedding.
