Exceptional service - Bill and Pam were helpful and friendly. Bill removed the vacuum for me from the trunk of my car, immediately began working on it to tell me on the spot what was wrong. He replaced a belt and showed me how to replace the belt in the future. I was more than pleased and walked out a happy customer!

I arrived at their shop one Friday afternoon in need of a new vacuum since my current one was not working. I had considered having it repaired but I decided against that since I was tired of lifting this heavy vacuum. I was there almost an hour talking shop with both Bill and Pam and I had their undivided attention since I was the only person in the shop at the time. They were so generous with their time and opinions. They demonstrated different models to me and talked about the quality of different brands. They even explained the mechanics behind different vacuum features. They were patient as I took my sweet time looking and trying out different models. I ended up taking a vacuum home that was in perfect like new condition for forty bucks. The vacuum was lighter and exactly what I needed. Bill and Pam provide the type of customer service that you can rarely find at other stores and especially not at the big box stores. They have been in business longer than I've been alive and they know their products inside and out. I highly recommend stopping by their shop when you find yourself exhausted from reading online vacuum reviews and you find yourself still at a loss for which model to buy. You will be happy to have found such experts like Bill and Pam.

We had a Hoover vacuum cleaner that stopped working, I took it to these folks and that afternoon they called me to tell me the problem with the vacuum was not repairable and explained why in very clear and concise language.  They offered alternatives to my problem and provided a solution which was a rebuilt vacuum.

The vacuum was stopped up and we were unable to get it cleared out.  They were able to get it clear, and let us know what caused it (we had paper clips being vacuumed, and cat hair, dust, etc. was clogging up getting caught deep into it on the paper clips - a good heads up for us to watch that to prevent it in the future.  I should note that we have lived here for 30 years, and I can't recall ever taking a vacuum anywhere else to have it serviced.  We have bought a few cleaners from them over the years, and their regular maintenance 2-4 times a year has kept them running for years.  They are always friendly, helpful, and have the vacuum ready when planned.

They are very nice people, very helpful and they did a great job with my old hoover upright. Their fees are very reasonable and the time to service my vac was also reasonable. But when it came to buying a new vac, they do not have the set up or space for the customer to evaluate the vacuum cleaners, and they don't have a wide variety to choose from, either, especially if you are looking for a new machine. They have many used machines, but I was ready to spend a little more money and get a better machine.

The head unit of the wand handle of my Kenmore cannister vacuum had some sort of an electrical problem and when I used it, I smelled smoke. I took the vacuum to this provider and they said they would replace it with a used head. However, they charged me $100 for this which was pretty surprising for a used part. I still don't understand the pricing. But worse than that, this head did the same thing less than a month (about two uses) later. I was quite disappointed and just gave up on the vacuum and bought a new one. Yay Dyson!

I had a flood light that I had to have installed. Ron and Paul came out and they were clean, neat, punctual and the pricing was good for the work that they did. Both of the guys came out to do the work. What I liked about them was they asked to look at my electrical panel; Ron was the lead electrician who took the whole thing apart and checked all the wiring. He did that for free. They were willing to check things extra for you; they went the extra mile. They were here for over an hour working. He also explained everything to me as well.

The overall experience was pleasant and the owners friendly. My wife and I felt that we had made a good decision in choosing this company. The work was completed when promised. The shop is fairly small with a casual atmosphere. It appeared to be well stocked with supplies. During our two visits, there were a steady stream of customers coming and going.

We would certainly consider using their services again, even it meant a 20 mile drive.
