I highly recommend this company. It was a very good experience for a home owner to feel as though my project was as important to them as it was to myself. They go above and beyond for their customer. I couldn't get the tile delivered on time to start the project and DJ went to the tile company and picked up enough tile to get the project started until I could get delivery.

I've known Jim and Niki for several years and when we had a water leak that took out both our shower and kitchen. I contacted the Insurance company to have them remediate the Mold and then contacted Jim Beavers to perform both the Bathroom and Kitchen renovation. Jim is very hands-on and always comes in every day to check on his crew to ensure everything is proceeding as planned and just in case we may have questions or concerns. My wife and I could not be happier about the final outcome. I strongly recommend Beavers Contracting Services for any home remodeling or repairs.

I am not sure you could have a happier customer than I am. Jim, Nicki, Nick, James, Buddy, Louis and one other person were the best people I have ever had out to do work with me. They treated us like family. From the beginning the came out the next day after I talked to them to give me a quote, the quote came in the next morning. They arrived on time every day they were here. When they left at the end of the day everything was cleaned up. They were considerate of the fact that we had to continue doing our work from the house and kept noise to a minimum. Jim and Nick stayed right on top of everything that was being done and asked me multiple times if there was anything that still needed to be done. Nicki called the next day to be sure we were happy with the work done. The final price came in exactly where the quote was even though I know they incurred some additional charges. I have been working on projects since the beginning of 2020. The job they did had already been done once so badly it had to be done again. I had multiple people come out during this time that said they could do the job and once they got here they either said they couldn't do the job but wanted to do other things, never sent me a quote or sent a quote on only part of the job that needed to be done. We will never have to call another contractor again. I got their information for Floor and Decore. These folks are great. This week we had NuCore vinyl flooring installed in our home. We are very pleased with the results and our house looks so wonderful with the old carpets removed and all new floors. Nick, Luis, Gabriel and Leo were professional, courteous and hardworking. They took care in moving all our furnishings as they worked in each room. They swept the floors and vacuumed all the dust and debris as they worked. They explained what the process and timeline would be. They also did a fantastic job installing the baseboards and doing any necessary caulking. Our home looks fresh and updated and we are already showing our neighbors how great our floors look. We would be happy to recommend this team of installers to anyone. As a finishing touch they also swept our driveway which is where they had been doing the cutting of the materials. 5 Star workmanship!!!

I had a wonderful experience with this company!! I was referred by a neighbor and boy were they right. Niki Beavers handles all the scheduling - she is so pleasant and accommodating on the phone. We had a project manager come out for the estimate for our 2200 square foot tile project. He gave us a precise estimate to include a detailed shopping list the same day! The installation crew, Rafael and his team were so meticulous. When I have family and friends over I get so many compliments. I couldnâ t be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend them for excellent work and affordable pricing!

I had 1450 sqft of LVP laid throughout the house and the carpet ripped out. The crew lead and the crew themselves were great and their work was very detailed. The only issue I had was the list of materials I was provided to purchase. The initlal sqft on the quote was incorrect and the details of what the installers would provide was not clear. I understand that contractors are very busy but these types of communication will set you apart from the rest. I am very satisfied with my overall experience and would recommend anyone to use them.

Nick was the project manager and Luis did the install along with Leo for laminate flooring on top of existing tiles on the entire lower level of our house. Amazing customer service from the initial scheduling date until project completion. "This is not your run of the mill construction company. They are the real deal." Started and finished in less than 2 days with amazing communication. Everything was cleaned up upon completion. Nick stopped in several times each day to watch progress. I cannot express how pleased we are with Beaver's Construction!!

Luis and Leo did a great job putting in my new floors and being super friendly and very knowledgeable if I bought something that wouldnâ t work or look good and made great recommendations. Nick the project manager was very friendly and made sure several times I was happy with their work. They were also the best price compared to other quotes I had.

Owners And employees were amazing! I hired this company to install flooring, remove a built in cabinet and paint our condo that we purchased to house our daughter while attending college. We found this company through a local recommendation. We couldnâ t be more pleased. Not only do they do great work, their workers are very respectful and reliable. My daughter felt safe with the workers there, and comfortable leaving them in the apartment when she was not home. Jim or his son showed up everyday to check on the progress of the work and addressed anything that needed to be addressed along the way. I could not be more thrilled with the experience especially being 1100 miles away during the process. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a great overall experience. They worked with us and had to make a last minute change. They were very professional in how they handled it. They respond in a timely manner. Out installer made a recommendation that opposed what we originally bought. We went with his suggestion and changed out our type of reducers. We are happy he made the suggestion and that we went with it. Overall, we are pleased with their professionalism and work. Our installer was very focused and got the job done.
