Weekly service includes: Vacuuming if you do not have a automatic pool cleaner, adding all necessary chemicals (some included in the price of service...some expensive chemicals needed will be extra charge (charge is less than retail). Tile cleaning service available., brushing, cleaning or backwashing filters, emptying baskets, skimming, vacuuming where the pool cleaner misses or brushing where the pool cleaner misses

"I wish you would have called me or talked to me directly and given me the opportunity to make you happy. I know this is your first swimming pool and you are not aware of the cost and process involved in swimming pools. You have a few problems with your swimming pool which need to be taken care of in order to have a problem free pool. I take into consideration these problems when I quote a price on pool service, because I know it is going to cost money for the upkeep. Bi weekly service is not the best option this time of year with rain and the heat...especially if you do not do anything on the week it is not serviced. I gave you two options...one for weekly and one for bi-weekly in order to make it affordable for you. I can not work for free and I never said I was the cheapest service in town. I have to purchase supplies, gas, insurance, and receive a fair rate for my time. Each time we serviced your pool we were having to clean your filter and vacuum to waste, because your filter was putting the debris back into the pool. This is a problem and it is time consuming. The dog feces around the pool deck area and in the yard is a problem. If you are allowing the dog(s) to swim that is like having 50 people in the pool. I love dogs...but they are a real problem to swimming pools. I think this worked out for both of us. Thank you for giving us a try."
