Phoned and requested they come out and give me an estimate. They suggested and we scheduled Thursday 06-11-2015, sometime in the afternoon. They were to call when on way. I arranged my schedule and waited all afternoon. Never heard back and they never showed up. My goal was to get this estimate and have this job started as soon as possible. Your response falls on deaf ears. You did not call and try and reschedule UNTIL after you knew that I provided the negative review. Which was the next day. Perhaps it would have been more courteous to phone prior to the appointment or even the same day. But thank you anyway...

After the plumber tore apart the drywall to get to a leak in the pipes Ben came in and installed an access door while repairing the drywall. He did a great job that was so clean you couldn't even tell there was ever a problem. Beautiful job!

Benjamin is the owner of the company and was very prompt in coming out to examine my house and provide me with an estimate for my deck. In doing so, I mentioned some other projects I wanted to have worked on. He put in some estimates for the game room remodel and my bathroom and of course, the deck. Price: The price points were middle of the road -- not the cheapest dirt-bottom, but not nearly as expensive as the top. His estimate took around 10 minutes time and he was gone -- others took a few hours. That was neither a plus or a minus -- just FYI. Communication: We have exchanged around 20 emails discussing the project at hand and have changed what we modified the project around 10 times. He is very responsive and works with you on the expectations. One interesting item -- he is always thinking.. and its great because its best to think before than make mistake and then say why did I not think.. He comes across as quiet when this is happening, but just know he is iterating through all the possibilities. Quality: The project is turning out great -- I can not wait to see it finished.. Its going to be awesome! Time: So far, on schedule, prompt, and does what he needs.. we are working towards a goal on time -- but wants to make sure to do it RIGHT.. so we may go over on schedule -- but only after my permission!
