When I called for an appointment I called with the phone number to Angel's Appliance Repair and thought I was going to have this person who fixed my washer in the past do the job. It was very misleading because it was not Angel's Repair service but came to find out that it's a new business called Appliance Repair Services Inc. I understood that the cost of the diagnostic would be about 80 Bucks...and that it would be credited to my repairs if they do have to replace anything. He made a point of telling me how affordable they would be. Instead...he wanted to charge me more than double for the part in order for him to repair it. If I bought part myself and had him do the labor he wouldn't credit the cost of the diagnostic but charge me a high labor rate. It was a no win situation. So I'm out the 70 Bucks.

Very prompt and professional. Was neat and cleaned up after self. Been so long since had an appliance repaired that I can not really evaluate the pricing. It did involve two visits and took about 1 1/2 hours to do both. Parts were included.

The technician left grease on my carpet, as well as all over the inside of my washing machine. We had to scrub it out before we could use it. He also left grease on the outside of the washer and the dryer. I called to complain, and the receptionist said she would pass the message along, and someone would get back to me, but no one ever called me back.

They were excellent.  They arrived on time and were very professional.  They checked out the oven and explained what was actually wrong with it.

I WASN'T PLEASED WITH THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT PART, BUT I BELIEVE IT WAS WHAT THE MANUFACTURER WAS CHARGING FOR IT THAT WAS TOO HIGH. THEREFORE, I DID NOT LET THAT FACT AFFECT MY RATING ON HIS PRICES.
