I had previously taken the ipad to the Tampa location due to safari crashing and pages loading very slowly. The rep ran diagnostics and found an issue. We hard rest the ipad and didnt restore from icloud. This rep actually seemed knowledgable and seemed to ca about my issue. Over the next few days i noticed I was still having issues so i took my ipad to the Brandon location because the Tampa location was closed. The rep that "helped me" didnt run diagnostics but just reset my network settings. I had already done this and I told him. He just didn't listen. I work for a cellular carrier and trouble shoot ipads all the time. I just left and decided that I would go back to the Tampa location when it opens back up in May. Im very disappointed because I thought Apple was better than this. The rep didn't even seem to care.
