In fact I've got to make an appointment for them. My experience with them has been wonderful. They've taken care of my dog for three years now and they've been wonderful. We usually take him in every year for his yearly checkups. We have had no issues with them at all. They are very helpful and have always taken care of me. We found them when we first arrived in Florida and we've been with them since. Their price is average. We haven't been to another vet in this area but we know they are comparable to where we came from. I wouldn't know much about their price because I haven't compared them to other vets in this area. There have been a few times we've had to wait so I don't know if that was their fault or mine. I could never be mine because I was always there early. They are really good and taken care of me.

They were thorough, yet caring. We love using them for all our animals. They are an amazing office of veterans, vet assists, and office staff. We've lived here for 4 years now, and they continue to provide excellent service.

It was just a quick tech appointment for our dog to get a shot. They are always very nice to both the people and the animals. They only have one girl who sits at the front desk who also answers the phone. The only reason our visit took more than 5 minutes was due to the front desk girl being on the phone with a patient for quite a while when we first arrived therefore the tech did not know we were there. The vets and the techs are great.

My husband and I completely trust Animal Clinic of Brandon. They have been the doctor of choice for our old, wonderful, adopted Persian cat. About a year ago we were entrusted with a grand-kitty from our son to keep while he is serving in the military overseas. They opened their arms, hearts and services to this cat also. It has always been easy to get an appointment. Office staff, doctors and nurses are courteous, caring, and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. I am glad I found them.

We chose our new vet in large part due to reviews on this site. We couldn't be happier with our decision. The doctor is kind and knowledgeable, the staff is professional and caring, and the waiting area and exam rooms are very clean (important, since one of my dogs is an allergy patient...)

When we first moved here, we were looking for a vet. We talked to the vet and we were very pleased. In the beginning the price was right. So, we took the dogs in a couple of times to have their shots and heartworms. The last time we went in for the 6-month treatment, we just told them that we just wanted heartworm medication and something for fleas. We got everything but and was charged over three hundred something dollars. And, we left without heartworm medication or flea control and they didn't care. They gave me antibiotics for one of my dogs and they gave them to me in pills. I told them that he cannot swallow those, they do have liquid. I asked them to change the pills for liquid and they told me that I'll have to pay extra. I can't get the flea control or the heartworm medication because of all of those unnecessary tests they did.

These issues were addressed with you when the results were received from the lab. We also do not sell heartworm preventative by the month so you were given a written prescription for these medications so that you could go to our online pharmacy or any other online pharmacy to fill this medication request. I'm sorry that you feel you were not treated properly or that you didn't receive correct information. I hope that you have found another veterinarian that can continue treatments for your pets. They seem very understanding. I am in there every other day and they tell me what I should do and how to help her and what they can do to help. They have a very nice staff and there are three doctors so you can always find an appointment if you need them. The office is nice looking inside. They are pretty punctual, I haven't waited for more than 15 minutes. The veterinarians and staff are pleasant and understanding. They have lab works in the clinic so they can read it right there.

Yet again, great service. ACOB has taken care of our pets ever since we moved to the area. We now have 4 cats and 2 dogs, and they take great care of all of them.The clinic staff is helpful, flexible, and attentive to our needs when it comes to keeping our pets healthy while not milking our checking account dry. For the number of pets that we need to keep healthy in our household, I feel that the cost is fair for the expert service they provide. They recommend additional products and services only when necessary, and there is no pressure if we need time to think about it or cannot afford it.

ACOB does very well at taking care of their patients and patient owners. I like their service and responsiveness, and they are also very flexible if an emergency comes up. Our cat that had a checkup has some kind of bladder problem, and it may need surgery. They are very up front with their pricing, and the vets and vet techs will give you their personal opinion. I trust ACOB with my 5 animals and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
