I have called All-Star 3 times and each time, John has responded quickly.  The first time, he came out to look at what I thought my problem was and told me that my A/C was not the culprit.  He spent at least 30 minutes talking through the issue with me.  He charge me nothing!  Most companies charge just to show up.  The next two times I called, John knew the issue without even coming to my house.  He walked be through the fix over the phone.  Again, other companies would never have given me the answer over the phone.  They would make the trip out, charge upwards of $95 and spent two minutes fixing the issue.
John is professional, courtesy and most importantly honest.

This is the third time I have used John and All-Star. Each time he has come out immediately (same day), has been professional and trustworthy, and has addressed my problem. He has also replaced and services my sister-in-law's and parent's AC units and their experiences have also been positive.

Previously I had a service contract with one of the big providers. However, after I came to distrust them, I called John who my family recommended. He came out immediately and fixed my problem for roughly a third of the cost of the big provider. I realized I didn't need to pay for a service contract or join a "club" for a discount. So I canceled that and now I call John anytime I have an issue. I feel like I get as good service, from a more trustworthy individual.
