Everything went great!. The installer took his time and worked hard to make sure it was done right he first time. He was also very friendly and was very nice to my 3 dogs, which is a huge plus for me! I would definitely use them again!

She told me to purchase the lock from Lowe's myself and then install it myself. When I asked her if they provide locksmith services, she indicated yes but not today.
