"We came highly recommended by a mutual friend who knows we do incredibly awesome work. You had vehicles covering your driveway hiding the oil stains all over it. When the vehicles were removed we addressed the oil stains with your brother. We told him they're really bad and they won't come out with any method of pressure washing. We did explain how, over a period of time, he could lighten them a bit and he understood. You're driveway is about 1200 square feet and heavily soiled. The going price is usually between $120-$180. We gave you a friend's price at $100. In reference to the pool area, we not only did the deck, but also the cage and screens inside out and outside in. We also had to move and work around a whole lot of stuff piled up and laying on the deck. We've done over 3500 pool areas in the last 12 years with all customers being 100 percent satisfied. Your pool area was one of the worst and most soiled we've ever encountered and we did a phenomenal job getting it to look good again. I have a before and after picture to prove it but I don't know how to post it. Pictures say a thousand words and these definitely do. We proudly stand behind all of our work. There isn't anybody who could improve on the work we did for you. Only a "Miracle" could make it look any better! My recommendation is that you have your deck refinished with fresh concrete stain (paint) and keep it maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. A little bit of prevention goes a long way.
