Dropped off a mirror to be cut into 2 smaller mirrors and picked it up the next day.  It was a very easy and smooth process and I will definitely use them again.  Plus, it's always good to support a local, small business!!

Still blown away by what just happened...
      First off I want to save you the time of calling around to find someone to fix your windows. Everyone wants to replace your windows because it make much more money. So Brandon glass was the only company that said they would come out fix our windows, should be some clips and we were so relieved. We were closing on our home and it was a write up we had to repair. 
     Art came out to the house. Fixed each window which only took him about 7 minutes to do and then he said thank you and walked out!!!! Rarely will you run across an individual or company that will refuse money when they feel like it was the right thing to do.
*** Art is one of those people and Brandon Glass and Mirror is one of those companies.

They were very good but they weren’t cheap. They guy was very knowledgeable. He had all the equipments he needed. He is punctual and professional. Everything they did was great.

They were out right away to measure my glass, find out my needs, and take the pet door that I had purchased back to the shop to draw up a template and get an estimate over to me.  My original glass panel was replace by a custom piece of tempered glass that had the opening for the pet door already cut into it.  The guys were on time, professional, courteous, and funny!  They even removed my very large bathroom mirror that had come unglued from the wall and was being held on by a couple of make-shift brackets and disposed of it at no additional charge.  I was so thankful because it was too heavy and dangerous for me to remove myself.   I recommend Brandon Glass and Mirror to anyone needing glass or mirror services for their home.  This is the second time that I have used them and I have nothing but good things to say about every one of their staff!!

Technician arrived on time.  The window was replaced in about 1/2 hour.  Great work.  Technician friendly and efficient.  Will use this company again.

We originally took the broken mirror still in the ornate wood frame (it sits atop our dinning room sideboard) to Brandon Glass & Mirror after having used them in the past. their prices are reasonable for general cut glass and they always are honest and have the glass and mirrors ready when promised. If they can't do something they let you know that too. If something will be expensive, they tell you their charges up front.  they didn't think they could cut the tight bevels required for the mirror, but gave us the name and phone number of a company about two hours away that might be able to help.  After explaining and emailing pictures to the other company (and probably ten throughout the U.S., I learned that beveled glass for inverted arches with "shoulders" are typically cut in asia by computer guided machines.  it was like finding a needle in a haystack to locate a U.S. company willing to even attempt to cut the mirror we needed.  We took the mirror back to Brandon Glass, explained that we'd spent weeks talking with other glass & mirror cutters, and came to terms with the fact that the mirror was likely made overseas, the manufacture discontinued it, no one could cut it over here in the U.S., and no furniture store had one left sitting in the warehouse (didn't think so but tried anyway).  We told them we'd go with a flat mirror.  Well, Connie at Brandon Glass had the man who runs the machinery come out to see if there was anything they could do.  After much calculating and discussion, they agreed to give it a shot with a machine they had that was supoosed to be able to handle this type of beveling.  they'd never really tried it before and had turned away work afraid something would go wrong (they are very honest people in my opinion).  They told me it might be expensive, so I okayed up to $500 to give it a shot as I really wanted my mirror back the way it was originally.  After a week they called to say that they were able to bevel the mirror and the cost was just under $300.00.  We are so thrilled!  We didn't think we could ever replace the mirror.  it turned out beautifully.  And Brandon Glass & Mirror only charged me the price of the mirror and their actual labor to cut and bevel it.  They could have taken me to the cleaners, but they were honest and didn't.  for the amount of work they did to get the mirror looking as great as it does, I think they charged a very fair price.  I hope they can now take on other work with these intricate bevels.  I so appreciate that they are local to me!

I called for an estimate on replacing the shower door and they came out the next day.  They measured the enclosure and explained what needed to be done.  I asked for an estimate on repair as well as replace.  The next day, they called with quotes for repair and replace with either framed or semi-framed doors.  The lady I talked with was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions.  I decided to replace all the glass and she took a deposit over the phone and ordered the new glass.  One week later, an appointment was set to do the work.  The installer that came out looked the job over, removed all the old glass and put in the new in about 1 hour.  He told me how to properly maintain it and left after doing a thorough cleanup. Great job and completely professional.

I called Brandon Glass and Mirror in a panic. I had purchased my very first dining room set complete with hutch. When the item was delivered, the Hutch did not fit in the only spot that was available to put it.  There was a glass shelf in the way. Before the furniture guys left.... I immediately looked on Angies list and starting calling Glass companies in aphabetically order. . The first few would not even come out and look.  When I got to the "B" 's I was already in tears...did not know if I should reject the furniture delivery .....Randy from Brandon Glass was very patient and kind and said he would get someone out as soon as possible.  Before I knew it the doorbell rang.... and the someone was here...the service agent.. whose name I was too upset to remember..... went beyond the call of duty to fix my problem.  This company is top notch and will do what ever it takes to get the job done. Can't believe how kind the service agent was.

I had already gotten estimates from 3 other companies so I knew what competitors were charging. All the estimates were within $100 of each other, but the other companies wanted to use a u-channel or c-channel where the glass met the tile on the side of the shower. We did not want this due to cleaning issues and mold collection we had experienced with our old shower enclosure. We knew what we wanted and the estimator/installer was able to answer all of our questions, unlike the others we got quotes from. The estimator was also the one who did the installation so it makes sense he knew everything and was able to answer all of our questions. We also like the fact that the door could open both in and out. We open it out when turning on the water. After the shower, we leave it open in (so it can dry better) for a while and it airs it out and also the door is out of the way while doing so. Project was finished and installed within 9 business days for ordering. We paid 1/2 down at order and the other 1/2 when the installation was complete. We are very pleased with our new shower and it looks awesome!

I took a plastic shelf with me on a Thursday and was told the nine shelves would be ready on the following Friday or someone would call me if they were ready earlier. When I arrived on the appointed day, the receptionist treated me as if I was crazy, "They're not ready. I would have called you!" She said they were making them "right now". On the following Tuesday, I called again. Not Ready. Finally, on the Friday two weeks after I placed the order, I called and learned they were finally ready. I would probably still would be waiting if I hadn't called repeatedly. I didn't care for their service and certainly not for the attitude. The shelves were not uniform in size when I got them home, in spite of having a model to use. They will never see me again.

Nice guy comes over to measure the glass. He tells me someone would be back in a few days to put it in. It had to be cut first. Well, a week passes, no glass. So I call and they tell me the glass has to be ordered, because it's a special type glass. Two more weeks go by, I call again. Glass hasn't arrived yet. Two more weeks go by, glass arrived, was wrong size, had to be sent back. A total of eight weeks rolls by, I finally drive to their show room to see where the heck my glass, that I already paid for is. After some searching they find my glass. Someone forgot to call me, when it came in. Unfortunately, by the time I got my glass I was already not happy with these people. Had I not gone up there, I doubt they would have put to much effort into finding my glass. They did send someone to my house to install the glass and that guy did a good job.

THE PARTS TO FIX THE SASH HAD TO BE ORDERED, & I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A WEEK. AFTER OVER A MONTH, THE PART HASN'T COME IN, & THEY'VE FAILED TO CONTACT ME AT ANY POINT. VERY DISAPPOINTING WHEN I DID CALL, THEY ACTED LIKE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.
