I was absolutely totally satisfied my roof its beautiful. I hated my ugly mildewed shingles on my home, looked dirty. I went with metal roof and WOW I I couldn’t be happier. The workmanship in the metal is outstanding all the cuts were done exactly same another WOW Id like to thank whole approved Roofing team from James Samuels to every team member Great job Approved Roofing. Approved Roofing's efforts have been completely ineffectual to date, and we are extremely dissatisfied, to put it mildly.  We have had continued leaking from day 1 in one of the three areas they worked on, and we are now having renewed leaking directly under the other two areas they worked on.  The company has followed up with four repeat visits, but their response has generally been slow and limited, and their communication has generally been poor.  Each time we have called them they have eventually showed up, found clear issues with the work they did, have redone it, and have assured us the leaking will now stop.  However, each time the leaking has continued unabated, and it has now expanded to other areas they worked on.  We are rapidly nearing the point where we are going to be forced to hire a different company to do a complete reroof in order to protect the house, and seek a refund of what we paid Approved Roofing through any and all means available.

We are continuing our efforts to get Approved Roofing to remediate these problems.  If we succeed in that, we will update this review.

They are extremely good and have done eight or nine roofs on my street, alone. They were $4k cheaper than the next closest estimate. My house looks wonderful! They do a complete clean up every day throughout the roof install. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

This company was not on Angie's List but I had a recommendation from a friend.  We gathered many estimates (included 2 on Angie's List) but chose Approved Roofing for a number of reasons and are so happy that we did.  Upon meeting Glenn Cobb (sales manager) we were impressed with his punctuality, professionalism and follow through.  The crew leader, Jose Gutierrez was polite, punctual and professional.  From the office staff (Diane) to the operations manager (Jim), this company performed exceedingly well.  Moreover, I would highly recommend Approved Roofing because of their supervisor Mike as well as the quality of the work performed.  We incurred a few problems (not pertaining to work performed) and Mike Manning, the supervisor was a pleasure to deal with.  Mike had the patience to explain everything that transpired on the job on a daily basis, after hours, since we could not be on site.  Since this was a 40+ year old roof, we were unsure what problems Approved Roofing would incur and Mike understood our concerns.  He provided pictures of the damaged roof and even took my husband up on the roof to show him work completed.  They not only completed the job on time but also one would never know they were even there because the clean up was so pristine.
