stomer service south The delivery man arrived on time. Very professional. He set the jugs of water neatly by the cooler. The next delivery was due on February 02, 2016. This delivery was on time also. Same gentleman that came the first time. Very nice, pleasant. Took the empty water jugs and left the newly filled water jugs nicely placed by the water cooler. You don't need to have a contract with Water Boy Inc. You are able top pay your bill on line or have the money automatically withdrawn from an account. When you call you get a real person to answer the phone. This is a family owned and operated business since 1938. Their customer service is there to help and they do not rush. They explain everything to you about the different types of products available and their prices. they are not like other companies that want to hold you to a contract and it is all about the sales. We will definitely be keeping this company for our water delivery. They offer their services throughout Central/South Florida areas.
