Property Management
Used them for over 10-years and usually did a good job, however recently, they began adding an additional $100 fee for their "administrative" costs, although those costs are already covered by the high monthly management fee they charge. I asked them to waive the $100 fee since rents in Florida have decreased and they declined. I switched over to another company and I am very pleased. If you decide to use this company, the best agent is named Perla -- but be prepared to pay higher than average management fees and you will get socked with the annual "admin" fee which is just down right ridiculous.
