 + -1 moreThe Verizon Store on State Road 70 (Bealls Plaza) always only has one employee working. You have to wait FOREVER for service!! I just want my I Phone to work!!!!! My bill is always almost $400 a month. It seems for the amount of money spent on Verizon every month, I could get waited on, once in a while. We have been customers of Verizon for over 20 years!!! That is about to end!!

 + -1 moreThey are charging me $50 more and I don't know why. They are terrible. They changed and sold to Frontier so it is apparently a mess. They raised $50 of my monthly fee and I don't know why. You have to wait an hour to talk to somebody.

 + -1 moreWhen I went in to the store they're very thorough and everything gets to grasp in one visit to discuss and resolve the problem in one visit. They log their customers in their system and then they can see up on the TV screen on the wall where you are in line.
