Description of Work: I was referred to Dan and USA Transmission by a brand name shop who said they weren't equipped and couldn't fix my problem. I feared I had a major transmission problem. After diagnosis, the good news was the transmission was ok. The bad news: the drive shaft and right axle needed to be replaced, and I might also need work in the differential. Having a classic car, I knew parts would probably be hard to find, but Dan was able to find the drive shaft and axle. After installing the drive shaft and axle, he advised me to drive the car around for a few days to see if everything settled down without diving into the differential. After a few days, it still felt a little sluggish and I was still hearing noises that didn't belong, so I took the car back to Dan so he could work on the differential. Not understanding all the technical jargon, Dan's technicians cleaned out and lubricated the differential, and replaced some parts. I'm back to feeling completely safe in driving my car and owe it all to Dan and his technicians. If I have any problems with my car, I will definitely go back.

+ 0 moreMy 2008 Nissan Altima stopped shifting gears and I had the car towed to USA Transmission after consulting Angie's List. USA was very prompt and professional and could have charged even more because I was sure it was a tranny problem not the gearshift. I am planning on taking my vehicles back to USA for transmission maintenance in the very near future and would recommend this company to friends and family.
