Very well! They arrived on time, completed the work in an hours, and even swept the floor before they left!

This worked great. Without this letter, I would have had to replace the unit less than 3 years into the life of it. This is the type of great service you get from Urban Plumbing! I've been using them for 3 years and definitely will continue!

This is a second home I have across country and I spent the past two years renovating it and have now rented it out. During the time I was renovating, Urban provided me with incredible service. I had to consult with them on several issues that came up and James and his crew always helped me make sound, economical decisions. More important, is now that I have it rented it and live across the country, I can't tell you the peace of mind I have knowing that honest, reliable, professional people are keeping an eye out for my property and investment. I had to send them over to deal with an issue that came up with my tenants and they not only helped solve the problem but made my tenants feel taken care of and respected and welcomed to the community!!!! In this busy world with unprofessional and fly by night service providers - it's nice to know Urban Plumbing has got by back!!!

They are always very prompt, curteous and honest. They do great work.

We contacted various plumbing contractors for bids to move our shower drain approximately 6 inches to allow us to install a new shower base. Urban Plumbing Services were the only company to give us a bid for the whole job, from excavation to completion. It is so refreshing to find a contractor who cares enough about their work and their customers to give a detailed bid itemizing and referencing parts.
We had 3 plumbers doing the work, each doing a different part of the job. One did the drain excavation and repositioning, another moved and extended our existing pipework to facilitate our new vanity unit, and the third, Clint, had the and quot;joyand quot; of installing our new shower doors and panels. I say and quot;joyand quot;, because the shower assembly was manufactured in Canada and shipped to us in Sarasota, and he battled for over 4 hours trying to get the panels to fit together, only to discover that they had a manufacturing defect and would not connect. He photographed the incorrect parts and emailed them to the manufacturer. He had no choice but to and quot;call it a dayand quot;. WE contacted the company who admitted the flaw in manufacture and sent us replacement parts, doors and panels. I contacted Jennifer once we had received them, and she scheduled Clint to return to complete the job. We are thoroughly delighted with our new shower.
I cannot recommend Urban Plumbing Services enough. They are conscientious, dedicated and well deserved of their reputation.

I called Urban Plumbing to handle the plumbing part of of a renovation being done in Panther Ridge. This was a difficult job and James came out and gave us some preconstruction advice that was invaluable...he alerted us to potential future problems that ended up saving us a lot of money. James crew came out as scheduled, did very good work and cleaned up after them selves. His crew was very polite and easy to talk to, answering any questions that I had. On one occasion when I had to reschedule the tub set, I called Jennifer the office manager and she rescheduled me with no problems.

They are honest and very reasonably priced. They have a good attitude, are positive and proactive and able to troubleshoot if there is an issue where that might be needed. They don't waste time and work effectively and efficiently. They don't do it "good enough" they do it the "right way" as if it was their home. I've renovated several properties over the years and know that difference and have been really irked before by people who take short cuts and though they may have your plumbing be functional, haven't taken the extra time to do it right (which means at some point down the line it will need attention again), or don't go the extra mile to make choices that would make a job more aesthetically pleasing if it can be. Urban on the other hand, does it the right way and cares about the aesthetics not being sloppy with the caulking if they used some, and making sure a faucet is installed at the right angle to make it more aesthetically pleasing, even if it means extra work on their part. They undoubtedly care about customer satisfaction because they treat me like they appreciate my business and loyalty. It's been nice to to finally have a plumber I know I can trust and rely on to do "right by me" in an industry that is fraught with problematic service providers.
