Staff at Tropical interiors was extremely friendly and professional. I had to call back twice, once with the recipients phone number and again a second time to correct the recipients address. I apologized for being stupid and they laughed it off and acted like it was no big deal. I called at about 1:00 PM and needed the flowers delivered the same day, not a problem. Because the flowers were for a death, it was an unexpected mid-meek expense so I only had $50 to spend. I was worried they would get a cheap looking arrangement for the money, or at best, a minimum effort. The arrangement looked great (and was the largest of the "tabletop" arrangements the family had recieved).
I was worried that the Google reviews were "hijacked" because there was an overwhelming amount of positive feedback/reviews; but, no. They clearly earned all of the accolades they've received. Would definitely use them again.
