Travis knew about fixing irrigation systems. I had a large tree issue that had to be overcome. The repair held for several days. However, the pipe that Travis repaired cracked and flooded the area. I sent Travis a text and called a few times. I did not get any response. Punctuality seems not to be a priority. I stayed home for an entire day waiting for him. We had an appointment for the early morning. I now have another company coming out to fix the problem.

Travis did an excellent job and quickly repaired my sprinkler system after our cable company damaged it while replacing a line in my yard. Very knowledgeable and would use his service again. Rob - Parrish, FL.

DO NOT HIRE this person. Charge way to much for what service you get and knowledge by the crew. Very sloppy workmanship, did not have parts to complete my job, left and the whole system was not working properly. Called for them to come back and never saw them to this date. Could care less. Take you money and they run. Never given a receipt for the job so we have no idea what we even paid for. They do not set a good example of a company who cares about their patrons. Do NOT use them. A waste of time and hard earned money, way to expensive.

On time. Efficient. Figured out a way to water my grow boxes and fixed a few sprinklers!

I had the system for about one week and had to call Travis back because some of the heads were way too high. I sent a second email after discovering one of the heads wasn’t working. He came out and spent 7-10 minutes replacing the sprinkler that wasn’t working. He said the sod people broke it.( Part was $1.50) He spent three times that amount of time repairing his initial installation. One head wasn’t connected in the back yard where no sod was layed. The one just outside the side garage door was several inches above the ground (accident waiting to happen) but my favorite was another that as he fixed it, he commented that the employee was just too lazy to remove the large pieces of rock so the head could be placed at the proper depth. He then presented me with an invoice for $151.50 and said the sod guy should take care of it! When I complained, he said you can’t expect me to spend MY time fixing what someone else broke. (Guess it’s okay for someone else to pay for his time though) I paid it knowing I had been ripped off royally. There isn’t a sod person alive that would or should have to pay this excessive amount for one sprinkler head plus pay for the installer’s time to fix his OWN work. On a positive note, I like the Hunter X-Core controller. Just be sure to find someone else to install it!
