Since our home had no water they came out immediately. They had to remove the cement slab and excavate to reach the broken pipe, they did this all very expeditiously. The baffle was also leaking so they replaced that too. For the pipe and baffle it came to $490 including tax, which was very reasonable. This company was excellent with friendly, professional technicians and a wonderful response time. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. ..

Waterworks installed our sprinkler system but encroached on neighbor's property. After several attempts to get them to fix the problem I was forced to move it myself and got all of about 10 ft of the PVC pipes moved to our side of the property line. The neighbor was very gracious and said the 10 ft that was still on his side could remain. Roll forward in time and now new neighbor is trying to redo the yard and discovered the buried pipe. The solution?? Let Water Works (who I presume is installing the neighbor's new system) cut out the length, take my sprinkler heads and never tell me. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the missing length. Lesson learned? Yes: Never use Waterworks again and let everyone know what happened as a caution to when/if they decide to use them.

Horrible customer service. I had them do a annual inspection of my backflow. Immediately after testing, it began to leak. It took them over a month to come back out. They just told me that they do not work on my type of backflow so the only choice is to replace it. If you don't work on this type then don't touch it. They state they have nothing to do with it leaking and sometimes when they are tested, they leak afterwards. They seem like a bunch of morons in the office. Will never use again.

We added landscaping, and asked Water Works to inspect our system and suggest proper additions/adjustments.

They came out, ran the system, cleaned the heads, and said coverage was fine.

A week later during the dry spell, our new plants were wilting and grass browning out in spots. We called Hostetler Irrigation, who made a special effort to fit us in due to the circumstances. They were recommended to us previously, but were too busy to get to us initially, which is why we went with Water Works in the first place. They wound up adding a few heads and adjusting more than a few heads/locations. A few hours and $350 later, it was all fixed. No more brown spots or wilting plants! Everything is performing as we expect now.

We called Water Works to complain. They were bothered that we didn't give them a chance to correct the situation. Our concern was that they didn't know what they were doing and wouldn't fix it right if we did. So we chose to have Hostetler fix it. Water Works did cut the price down to just a service call ($48), but personally I felt like it should have been no charge when we received nothing of value from them.

If you're looking for someone to just perform maintenance, then Water Works might be for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend you talk to Hostetler!

I called for an appointment and they told me the shift chief would call me when he sets up a schedule. Shift chief called and we discussed a time of arrival. I was at work so we arranged a call to meet. Dave called and we arrived on time. Problem was investigated, job site exposed, and all valves were bled. We checked each of the 5 stations and the system was working better than ever. Money exchanged, job site closed, and the entire encounter complete within 40 minutes.
