Don Grayson, the owner, ordered the repair part from Milwaukee Tool Company, but was told the part was obsolete. Rather than call me with the bad news, Don looked through all his old stock inventory and found one. He repaired the hammer drill. This is excellent service. I recommend The Tool Doctor to anyone who has a shop tool (personal or industrial) that needs repair.
