They were supposed to show up at a designated time. They called about an hour before they were due to come and said they were running a little late, and would be there about a half hour late. I said that was fine.
I never heard from them again, nor did they show up. I called when they were an hour late, and left a message. Called again when they were 2 hours late- left a message. Called again and left a not very polite message when they were 3 hours late. Needless to say, by then it was too late to find another company to move us. Everything was packed and ready to go- I had reserved this company 3 weeks in advance, and had called and confirmed with them a couple days before the moving date.
I never heard from them.
