We were referred to Jeffrey Vonstein of The HomeOwners Advocate as a highly regarded and successful Public Adjuster. He far exceeded our expectations. He even went to the island by boat before the bridge was operable to investigate and evaluate our significant property damage after Hurricane Ian. We had both a WIND claim and a FLOOD claim. Our Wind carrier didn't want to pay as they were blaming most of the damage on the Flood. Jeffrey was able to pin them down and force them to be reasonable, ultimately through the appraisal process. He kept telling us to trust his process and only judge him after the end result. It was a lot more difficult than it should've been, but he and his team Got Results!! I was referred to Jeffrey Vonstein of The HomeOwner's Advocate by my sister who he assisted with their difficult claim. A tornado ripped of the entire roof of my attached porch. My carrier didn't want to pay for a full replacement of the porch and were being difficult. Jeff was also involved in guiding me through hiring a contractor who he vetted to make sure I wasnt being ripped off. Thanks Again Jeff...Betty
