We hired them and we were pleased for the first year and a half, we then moved from the apartment s we were living in and built a four bedroom three bathroom house, and I dont know what happened, the service went downhill from there, every time we turned around we had a new crew coming in who were nor briefed on what needed to be done. When we complained to the owner Jenni she told us that we had to much stuff. I guess we should not have moved into a bigger place because they couldn't handle it. She and her crew just disappeared without any notice and we had ti find new help. Jenni is very unprofessional and does not take criticism very well. We had Suncoast for almost two years, but they did not know how to please and keep long term customers.
