Specialty Air's technician returned my phone within minutes and was on site in 1 hour. The tech determined that the capacitor failed. It was replaced and the cool air started flowing again. Amazing fast response. This was the third good experience with Specialty Air's people. They always perform good work on my aged AC unit to keep it running. They will get the call when replacement time comes.

They're the only A/C company that has permission to go up on our roof. So, that's quite an honor, unsupervised. Everything they do is an 'A' or they wouldn't have been recommended. I'm on the board, so that's why I know. We chose them based on all of the things that you would ask.

They're very good. In fact, they were recommended for use in our condo building here. They're very informative as to what's going on before they do work that you're going to have to pay for.

Excellent. Chuck is always conscientious and thorough. Does not recommend higher cost alternatives and looks for ways to save me money. Jason, the owner, even looked at alternatives for when we are ready for a new system so we aren't caught off guard and making last minute choice under pressure.
