I called for service first thing in the a.m. and got through to someone pretty quick. They called me ahead of time to let me know when they would meet me at the house and were there right on time. They diagnosed the problem with in 30 minutes, charged a reasonable fee for the part and service and I was back to work within an hour and a half. Not bad at all. I rated them a B on punctuality because we called the emergency number before the office opened and no one called us right away. We just called back about 15 minutes after the office opened and got through right away.

I was able to plan the replacement of my new unit since it had not broken down quite yet but was very old. I got three different estimates and different products proposed to me.
Chris (the owner) is very polite, knowledgeable and patient. He explained EVERYTHING and answered all of my questions. Gave me three different options and prices.
He used a brand that Consumer Reports is claiming is the top of the line. Number 1 in satisfaction.
He arrived promptly on the designated day and was completed earlier than expected.
Went out of his way to make extra trips to find the correct vent size (the warehouse gave him one that was too small). He could have brought it back on another day but he went and found one and returned back to my home to install it so that the job was completely finished when he left that day.
Called the next day to see how it was feeling and to see if I had any questions.
He was referred to me by 'word of mouth' from someone that he installed two units for at their home and he has also had some commercial business due to that same reference.
He is not a 'hard sell' or makes you feel pressured. He just explains the pros and cons and answers any questions that you may have.
He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive AND he sold a GREAT product (Consumer Reports).
I do feel he was the most honest and would stand behind his work for years to come.
Will recommend him to everyone.
